Terms and Conditions

  1. A booking fee of £100 secures your booking and will be deducted from your package price with the balance due payable six weeks prior to your wedding date. Failure to pay balance by the due date will be taken as an indication of cancellation of a booking – incurring loss of booking fee. Upon signature of your booking agreement Bellissimo photography reserves the time and date agreed upon. All deposits are non refundable.
  2. Cancellation:- In the event of the client cancelling a booking for wedding photography, Bellissimo Photography, reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following scales:-
    1. £100 booking fee if cancelled more than 6 months prior to the wedding date.
    2. 35% of the agreed fee if cancelled between 3-6 months prior to the wedding date.
    3. 50% of the agreed fee if cancelled less than 3 months prior to the wedding date.
    4. 100% of the agreed fee if cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date.
    Should the cancelled wedding date result in a postponement the discretion of Bellissimo Photography and subject to availability, monies can be applied to the new wedding date.
  3. Payments:-
    Balance payments of the package booked is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Any booking charges incurred due to returned cheques will be debited to the client. Failure to pay the balance by the due date, will be taken as a cancellation of your booking resulting in cancellation charges being applied.
  4. Copyright:-
    The copyright of all photographs created by Bellissimo Photography in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. It is understood that all image may be used for advertising or display purposes. The client hereby acknowledges the infringement of Bellissimo Photography is unlawful and maybe a criminal offence.
  5. Images:-
    All images created & captured by Bellissimo Photography shall remain the property of Bellissmo Photography who undertake to reproduce prints for clients as and when requested. Full copyrights to all images are retained by Bellissimo Photography.
  6. Venue:-
    The client(s) is responsible for notifying Bellissimo Photography of all additional locations in addition to wedding venue which is required to be visited, and images taken at the time of paying your booking fee to enable your photographer to review timescales for wedding coverage on your special day. Bellissimo Photography will with the co-operation of the client, endeavour to produce coverage of the wedding, suggesting alternative solutions should timescales proof unattainable, within the time allocated to them.
  7. Liability:-
    In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, ie injury or sickness, beyond the control of Bellissimo Photography liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
  8. Albums:-
    Finished albums will be posted direct to our home address at no extra charge. Please note all albums must be ordered within six months of your wedding date. A surcharge (5% fee) will apply for any albums ordered more than six month from the date of your wedding.
